    The minced meat in spicy sauce appears to be a chinese mapo tofu. Interesting to see different interpretations of a common dish halfway across the world

    @Cynthia: In essense, it’s a bit of a chinese mapo tofu. Min Jiang’s sort of a fine-dining ish Chinese restaurant here in Singapore, so naming conventions differ – but that is only the key difference!
