Ever since my first visit to Saint Pierre close to 3 years ago, I have been an inordinate admirer of its cuisine.
Saint Pierre is one of the most well-known French restaurant in Singapore, if not THE most well known. Owned by the affable Chef Emmanuel Stroobant, it is renowned for serving up modern French dishes with bits of Japanese influence.
After hearing much raved comments from the blogosphere about OTTO recently, I was rather keen on trying it out for myself. Having the pleasure of having Dot from dotinabox as my dining partner for the evening, we hopped down to the Red Dot Traffic Building along Maxwell Road with high expectations in tow.
Otto prides itself in offering authentic Italian cuisine under the skillful hands of Chef Michele Pavanello (formerly of Pontini and Il Lido).

Le Bistrot features “classic and inventive French cuisine” in an unpretentious setting at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
Helmed by Cordon-Blue trained Owner-chef Lee Chin Sin, the menu consists of hearty bistro favourites such as Duck Leg Confit and the ubiquitous French Onion soup.
